Water Damaged Hardwood Floors

Most water damaged floors do not need to be completely removed and replaced.  If the damage is caused by a leak from a dishwasher or fridge for example, removing and installing new flooring only to the badly damaged section of floor then refinishing the entire floor saves considerable costs as well as greatly reduces turn around time compared to ripping out the existing and replacing with all new hardwood floors.

A certified sand and finish company that uses a dust containment system that virtually eliminates any air bourne dust and use eco-friendly water based finishes.  In addition to refinishing, we also install site finished, prefinished, engineered, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and cork floors.  All our workers have WCB coverage and liability insurance.  We service Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas.  So if you want your existing floor refinished, additional flooring installed to compliment your existing hardwood or all new flooring, we have the knowledge and professionalism to make sure you are completely happy with the results.

He worked every day including Saturday and Sunday.  The floors were in bad shape because the previous owner had 3 dogs who scratched the floors. In addition, they might not ever have been refinished in the 60 year old house.  Larry came in, worked tirelessly for less than a week and made the floors look as close to new as possible. We hired him again to replace carpeting with laminate flooring in one room and again, he performed with the same level of professionalism and the results were beautiful.  He worked quietly and when he was not on time, he was early. He brought indoor shoes and cleaned up before he left.
